Families love this place
The staff was friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed. We enjoyed the spacious double room, the breakfast had some tasty options like waffles and fresh fruit that everyone liked.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it’s still acceptable.

Secluded location was a bonus, and the friendly staff helped ease some frustrations. The lobby displayed interesting relics, but that was about the best part. Our reservation was canceled last minute due to supposed AC issues, yet cars filled the lot when we returned later. Breakfast had no protein—just cold hardboiled eggs and waffles that took forever to make. The room? It felt neglectfully maintained: water-damaged ceilings, a faulty tub, and a hard bed that left me sore. The indoor pool was unexpectedly closed, and we had to hunt for towels. Not worth the price.

The hotel was clean, wonderful, had exceptionally attentive and respectful staff at the other receptionist. I had a triple room and it was brand-new in these bathrooms. The breakfast offered was rich with several options. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, minutes away from bars and coffee house. I ate at the specialty restaurant near the property.
There was restaurant missing.

The hotel is exceptional and fantastic, it has hospitable staff at the other receptionist. Delicious dishes can be found in the specialty restaurant.

The room was clean, but outdated. The air conditioner didn’t work, and we had to buy a fan from Target. The mattress was solid spring, creating noise when shifting, and it had an unfortunate indent. The balcony didn’t lock, raising safety concerns. The bathroom was cramped, making it difficult for anyone larger to maneuver. Despite the nice grounds and well-maintained lobby, the room furnishings felt run down. While the staff was helpful, communication could improve regarding amenities like water availability. The indoor pool was enjoyable, but the room experience could definitely use upgrades.

It was a reasonable rate for the room and service we received.
It should be noted the hotel does accept pets and although there were none on our floor/wing of the hotel, you could definately smell a pet odor from the room we stayed in. The room was also very musty and smelled of mildew. The a/c ran cold, but did not remove the humidity in the room and seemed to be a source of mildew odor as were the window curtains. These were not significant enough to request a different room for the single night we stayed. If we were staying longer, we would have.

The hotel offers a charming lobby atmosphere and friendly staff who are eager to assist, which adds a warm touch to the experience. the rooms could greatly benefit from renovations, as they felt outdated and lacked proper cleanliness. a significant drawback is the absence of an on-site restaurant, making it inconvenient for families or those seeking dining options. While it’s suitable for short stays given its friendly service, prospective guests should anticipate potential discomfort due to the dated facilities. Still, it’s a budget-friendly choice perfect for a brief visit.

great vibes but the room cleanliness needs work
I loved the lobby fireplace; it really created a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was surprisingly decent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room cleanliness could use some serious attention.

The staff were friendly and the manager I spoke to was very helpful. Besides that, my wife and I did not enjoy our time there.
We were there for 3 days 2 nights and on both nights, we were unable to get a good night rest due to the walls being thin. We even asked to switch out rooms and we even moved to a different floor but I guess the hotel was just built that way. Another issue we had with the rooms were the bathrooms. If you are overweight, I advise you to think twice before booking at Crowne Plaza. You will not enjoy taking a shower or using the toilet because of the tiny layout. The floors were exceptionally dirty. I remember walking barefoot and noticed that my feet accrued lots of lint and other people's hair. Lastly, even though we asked for non- smoking rooms, if your neighbor abuses that policy, you will definitely get second-hand smoke. The walls are very thin so you'll notice the smell come right through.

Charming place with a touch of history
This hotel is super charming and has a lot of history. The staff was awesome, especially Amanda and Sue. The lobby's really nice with cool relics. Breakfast had waffle makers, which was fun, but the indoor pool was closed during our stay. The rooms are a bit dated, so just keep that in mind!

Everything except the old tv and the sticky door.
I did not like the hotel withholdding $25 per night in advance but I do understand why. Also I do not like people were smoking at the front door. They polute the air and dangereous for people who have allergy just like my daughters.
